I had a several cracks with my 14" wok lid. This was a set sold by Costco. I loved the set and didn't want to return the set to Costco. I just needed a replacement for the lid. I have several other sets I purchased at Costco with no problem. I was not aware that lids only had limited warranty. The customer service was able to assist me in a very timely manner. The issue was resolved within 3 days. I really appreciate their quick response. Thank you to those who assisted me with the warranty claim.
