This company is highly responsive and has a quick turnaround. We were accidentally sent two inside units. When we contacted Senville to let them know, they promptly arranged pickup of the extra unit and sent the outside unit right away. We had everything we needed within two days. Their product is efficient, quiet, and works amazingly!
