Unreliable products
Absolutely terrible company, terrible products, terrible support. I bought a Mac Mini dock in December of 2025. It could not maintain a connection to my Mac. I tried making it work for 3-4 months before giving up and reaching out to their support team. They would take days and sometimes weeks to respond to a single email only to give me totally useless troubleshooting steps like "plug in fewer devices" (I only had a wireless mouse dongle and HDMI cable plugged in). After a constant back and for with their team they finally sent me a replacement. That replacement dock was broken in the same exact way. It would not hold a connection to my Mac no matter what. I then had to start the process again of going back and forth with their useless support team for weeks and weeks until they agreed to let me send the unit back for a PARTIAL refund! They would not accept responsibility for sending me two broken products and refused to give me a full refund! Since then I have sent the second broken product back and they WILL NOT SEND ME MY REFUND. I have an active case open with their support team. They are still taking days or weeks at a time to respond to me. They have finally confirmed they received the dock back in the mail, then said they would send my refund, after several days they didn't send it. I had to spam them with emails for a response. Then they say that somehow they can't send it back to my original card and asked me for my paypal information. I send them my paypal information. Days later they said it's the wrong type of paypal information??? Then I sent them multiple different pieces of info about my paypal account so they could send the money. Then they tell me they are waiting for approval to send the refund and it would take two business days. It's now been almost four business days with no response and NO REFUND. It has been 8 months since first buying the dock and to this day the issue is still not resolved. This company is a scam. Nothing but Chinesium trash products that don't work with a support team who goes out of their way to do a horrible job. Do not give this company your money. They are absolute garbage. Edit: they eventually refunded me the full purchase price of the dock, which is appreciated. But until Acasis can improve their product reliably and support experience, I will be sticking with a different brand for my dock.
