First time going with this company
First time going with this company. This was to be part of Title, during the close of escrow. Somehow wites got crossed and Title never recieved the revised docs to go with Cinch and instead, another company. That was voided during notorizing by my agent. That was last week. Today, my agent tried to set us up with Cinch since it had the highest reviews and reccomendations. So cannot say about requesting service, but getting account setup. The lady on the phone could not talk with the agent but myself as the buyer. Okay I understand. However, and I want to say, the lady wanted to make sure everything was crystal clear. However, it was drawn out for an extended period to the point I politely said I have to be somewhere and if we could speed up the transaction. Total transaction time exceeded 35 minutes. Way too long for a simple transaction. Perhaps she was new to the warranty business and she was polite, just very lengthy in the overall verbage. Also, they say your in state xx, license number xx, each time you get transferred. Rather annoying after hearing several times. Never been a fan of home warranty but willing to give this company a try for a year to see how it works out, then I’ll make my decision. Also, you can call member services and request a contractor to be added, say a contractor you like to use instead of their contractors. So again, too early to tell how many hoops to jump through, alas.
