Kindness is still alive.
Jeanne and Julia were so kind, generous and understanding of my plight with the 12 month collars. I love Fur Life and have used the collars for a few years now and have never had any issues. I had four of my cats who wear collars daily, lose and/or break their collars. I contacted Julia via email and she responded very quickly and professionally. The collars are being replaced ( I was just a little past the return) and that is what I wanted.
