Navigation difficulties and faulty processing
To begin with, the website for designing business cards was very difficult to navigate. I never saw a full preview of what the cards would look like. When I received them, the print was so small that the email address was not legible. And the phone number was not much better. In addition, I tried to delete the printing on the backside. However, when the cards came, the back read "Company", "Slogan", and "About the company". So the cards are not usable. When I ordered the cards, I used a PO Box for delivery. There appeared to be no problem. It wasn't until four days later that I received a response that the company does not deliver to PO boxes. This should have been addressed during the shipment processing rather than several days later. Overall, a horrible experience.
