Our water dish got broken But the customer service was absolutely amazing
Our water dish got broken through transportation. It was just a tiny little spot on the glass which caused leaking but the customer service was absolutely amazing and we got a new water dish with zero hesitation. They were great, supportive and helpful and with some pictures to show them what was wrong the issue is quickly fixed and they shipped us a new one fast which was awesome and we got the new one and it works perfect. We are so happy with our large water dish for the dogs as ours is not holding out because it's too Small of amount for the animals thank you so much for your customer service and fast replies and fixing The issue. Lots of happy animals here 💕 🐾
