Great experience with return!
Loved my order but unfortunately a couple of pieces did not fit well so I initiated a return for both items. I found the return process straight forward. Thrivin did offer suggested products for exchange however they were not my preferred items. When I reached out, it was promptly fixed and I could choose the products I wanted to exchange for. Once items were returned and tracking had shown Thrivin had received the returned products, I sent an email to follow up on the return progress. Melanie replied to me promptly and was able to efficiently confirm things for me. She processed my return and organised the exchange products so smoothly and quickly. She made it felt like a breeze!
