I needed to cancel my subscription and get a full refund. I was really dreading having to do it because I forgot about the renewal but seen the receipt come through my email. I started with the contact us page and figured I would have to fight tooth and nail to cancel and/or get my refund or have tons of back and forth but I was the easiest process ive ever had. Rohan was so prompt in responding to my request and helped be resolve the issue in 2 responses for me. One to send the request and one to confirm I wanted to cancel. That was it. Rohan was so nice and helpful in getting the result I wanted. Thank you for making my Friday morning smoother than anticipated.
