What happened to 4over?
The company themselves do very well. Their customer service representatives are always informative and professional and they try to help the customer out as much as they can. The production side is not doing too well. The recurring issues that I have been having and have brought this up several times are as followed: 1. Cuts on marketing projects (business cards, post cards, etc.) not cut properly. 2. Ink splattered on projects not being checked or logged. 3. Shipping Locally for business cards has discontinued, which is ludicrous. 4. Email notifications not being sent out with changes being made to website. 4. Quality of the product has went down dramatically.
