I am extremely satisfied with the customer service!
I am extremely satisfied with the customer service received by Jorge. I was shocked for the fact a response was almost received immediately after as most customer service teams from other companies can take at least 24 hours. Jorge quickly offered a solution to my issue and did in a very professional manner. He was extremely thorough in also offering detail instructions step by step for the specific foods that I cook with the pan. These pans definitely last longer than most others I've used the past and hope to add others pans in the future.
