Angi’s is trash
Angi’s is trash. It is nothing but a big scam. They don’t refund and will charge you unknowingly. I have not worked one job and I owe $200 already. The customer service & their hire ups suck. I have a confirmation number given after canceling my account & they still failed to cancel it!!! When the charges rack up again I will be taking it to small claims court…Once Angi’s overcharges you & they know it, they act like a completely different company that doesn’t want to help at all. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!! Save your money, you will be charged just for agreeing to have a conversation with the customer to see if you are comfortable with the job. Complete dog sh*t & they know it. They just pass your call around, leave you on hold until you have to hang up, & then remind you they aren’t monitored by the better business bureau so complaining to them would be useless. So there is there little loop hole so there not accountable, PLEASE DONT USE THEM!!
