I have purchased 2 necklaces before from this company, I ordered a third for a friends birthday present. Through no fault of their own, during delivery the item was stolen and posted empty. I reached out and explained my situation, within 3 days I had a replacement personalised item. I could not be happier with the service from this brand, the jewellery also I have owned for 8 months and wear daily & is still in perfect condition. I would not hesitate from ordering from this place. The jewellery also is gorgeous.
