Order did not arrive in time shipped the day I was expecting delivery

[Case-04577315] Order: 5165695 - 360OnlinePrint The only reason I went with this company was that the expected delivery date was the most convenient for my upcoming event. However, as I anticipate the arrival of my product, it will not be here in time for my event, so there is no use for it after the date it arrives. The company did not ship my order out in a timely as I expected before submitting my order. I selected the date I would need it to be delivered. But my order did not ship until the day I was expecting to receive it. The initial estimate was updated and was pushed back one day. Considering this item is shipping overseas I thought I had an ample amount of time to receive my order but that isn't the case. This order is essential to my event because it was going to be given to guest, but as I track the shipping the estimated delivery shows item was shipped the day it was estimated to arrive and I will not be receiving it until 4 days after my expected date. I am quite disappointed because I was hoping this item had a great turn around compared to the other companies I quoted prior to going with 360online but my order will serve no use after it arrives because it's dated with the date of my event for my guest. I will not be using this company again in the future, I will just have to take the sacrifice of paying a little more for the price to get what I want in a timely manner.
