Will not honor the redemption
I was playing on this site for a couple of months everything was going well until I won a pretty decent amount and attempted to redeem it. All of the sudden they said via email that my account needed to be verified even though it was already verified and approved on the website, I uploaded a current bank statement as they requested to verify my address, they regected it 3 times, they refuse to pay me, the contact numbers that are listed are either disconected, or go to a voice mail that never returns calls, the emails seem to be generated by bots there is no way to contact anyone. The only thing they could do better is actually be honest and not scam people out of their money if its a pretty decent win. Stay away from this site as well as all of the ones that are run by Luminary Play LLC,
