Bad experience
I was excited to order from KBL Hair because their Burmese Curly wigs looked beautiful. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. I placed a custom order after discussing the specifications directly with the seller. One of my biggest concerns was making sure the frontal matched the Burmese Curly bundles. Throughout the ordering process, there was confusion about the frontal texture, and I repeatedly tried to clarify what I wanted before the wig was completed. When I received the wig, the frontal did not match the bundles. The bundles had the expected Burmese Curly texture, but the frontal had a much looser curl pattern, appeared noticeably drier, and did not blend naturally with the rest of the wig. It looked different from the reference photos I was shown before purchasing. I contacted the seller multiple times in an attempt to resolve the issue and requested a reasonable solution, such as replacing the frontal or offering a partial refund. Unfortunately, we were unable to reach an agreement. The bundles themselves are nice quality, which is why I am not leaving a one-star review. However, for a wig where matching textures are so important, the mismatch between the frontal and the bundles was disappointing. I hope KBL Hair improves communication about custom orders and quality control so future customers receive a product that more closely matches what is represented.
