The agent who helped me was great, but the phone system is horrendous!
The final agent I spoke with was wonderful. I had an extremely difficult time trying to get to the correct person so I could upload the updated tax information to the correct department. The phone system I have to deal with is THE MOST DIFFICULT ONE I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. I was hung up on twice, lead around th circles and asked for the same information at least 4 times.
