Absolutely horrible customer service and crap quality
I got a super cheap and bad quality pair of shorts that were nothing close to the description. The whole 100% satisfaction guarantee and money back process is a big fat lie with multiple loops where they first offer you 20% refund, then 40% and so on. I have never experienced anything as bad as their 'service'. A fake, cheating, lying company. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. It's all very, very cheap quality and a rip off. The only solution: Enforce a full refund via the credit card company or paypal. I would give 'zero' points if I could.
