I was worried given the reviews, didn’t need to be, everything went very smoothly. I used Farera to book an internal flight within Vietnam, from Da Nang to Ho Chi Minh City, with VietJet airline, at short notice. Was worried because VietJet’s own website no longer had availability, SkyScanner lead me to Farera which had availability and let me book. The booking was good and included all our luggage, both hand and check-in. We couldn’t check in online on VietJet website, but that is often the case with internal flights and unusually spelt foreign names. Check-in was very smooth, flight was fine. No complaints and in fact impressed that they could offer a flight that the airline themselves could not. No extra hidden charges last minute during booking, didn’t need to use customer service. There was a huge amount of upselling during the booking process but you can click it all away with a little bit of effort.
