Seagrass Rug Was Misrepresented and Not Great
I had a very unfair experience. I ordered a 9x12' seagrass rug. What I received was significantly smaller. I was told if the item was faulty, I would not be charged the return shipping, however I would be responsible for the high packaging charges to send it back. The compensation I was offered to keep the too-small rug was less than even the return shipping cost the seller would have incurred. If you order this rug, which really is rather unremarkable in itself, please be aware that the item may not be as represented and the return policy is difficult and unfair.
