I am really angry about DJI!!
I am really really angry with DJI now. I don’t even know what to say anymore. I used my drone ONE TIME, only ONE TIME, and it crashed. Then DJI told me they cannot repair it. What??? How is this even possible??? I keep contacting them and every single time is the same stupid copy paste reply, copy paste, copy paste. It feels like I am talking to a robot. Do they even read my messages?? I explain the problem again and again but they just send same answers like nothing happened. I already have no expectation from DJI anymore. ZERO. Nothing. I paid so much money and this is what I get? Drone used one time and then cannot repair, customer service just keep copy paste replies. What a joke. Honestly DJI is a garbage company. I am so angry and tired with this whole thing. I really regret buying it. If you are thinking to buy DJI, PLEASE don’t be like me. Don’t waste your money and don’t expect anyone to really help you when something goes wrong. I really hope nobody have to go through this stupid experience like I did.
