The customer experience has been great! Even my interaction with the AI assistant was pleasant. It walked me through troubleshooting and helped me quickly resolve a simple Bluetooth issue. I love the ring, the metrics, and the helpful insights and features in the app. The data has reinforced my good sleep habits, and I especially love that after a few weeks, it identified my chronotype. Now that I understand the ideal time to start winding down and go to bed, I’ve been enjoying much deeper, more restful sleep. I’m sure the product will continue to improve, but so far, it has been amazing!
