Highly recommend Lyn, Bangkok
Lyn was amazing from the very start!!! She was very friendly and welcoming, contacting me as a graduate herself from the university I was doing an exchange year at. I enquired about several units that were unfortunately already taken, so she went out of her way to visit the buildings and enquire about alternatives. I became interested in a room she had found for me, and she kept me fully updated through the process, as I was placed on a waiting list for it. She was completely transparent about the status of it, effectively communicating any information from the owner, and I ended up signing for the unit. Before my arrival, she went to view the condo, check for damages, check inventory and sent me many informative videos, as I was not in Bangkok yet, and helped me sign and send security deposit. She clearly explained the process, sent all necessary info, and replied to any questions I had very quickly. She also appeared to work later into the day (sometimes still replying around 8pm BKK time), which accommodated for UK-TH time differences. She left the key for me on my arrival day, and after this, she visited to help introduce myself to the Juristic Office through the language barrier. Unfortunately, I had to return to the UK for a personal emergency after only a number of weeks, but she was very considerate of this and helpful in helping me terminate the contract early. I would like to personally extend thanks to Lyn for all her hard work, she made the process of finding accommodation for my year in Bangkok, which was very unfortunately cut short, incredibly smooth and stress-free! Highly recommend.
