Over a week and not shipped yet. Cancelled an order for scummy reasons
It has been OVER a week (approaching 2 weeks now), and the 2 bottles i ordered haven’t even shipped. What’s even better is how this company CANCELLED an order i had put in alongside the 2 bottles i had ordered. All were confirmed within minutes of each other. So tell me how a WEEK later i get a notification that my order for one of the fragrances has been cancelled. It was an Allure Homme Sport Superleggera, and i got it during their flash (40% off) sale. The excuse was “we ran out of stock”. Come to my surprise, and i go ahead and see the same bottle being sold for almost DOUBLE the price. Btw, they never ran out of stock of the superleggera. I would know as i had people check the pricing and availability on the fragrance as i thought that this company was selling it at a better price than literally every other retailer. It was obvious that they wanted me to pay the OVER RETAIL price instead of the discounted price (which they’re supposed to honor, btw) that they were selling it at. I received the excuse of “durrrr sometimes the product goes out of stock durrr”. Lies. Complete lies. What a scummy, disgusting, money stealing company. Do NOT deal with ecosmetics, PLEASE. Literally go ANYWHERE else for your fragrances.
