AVOID this company at all cost!!!!! They claim to help you with your debt. When I signed up, they gave me an amount Im supposed to pay and until when. When the first settlement came, they called and said they will charge me this much instead. Sure, I understand. They also said stop making payments and they will be in contact with creditors and ill get help with if I get sued. I was sued 3X! And the last one is only for $300 original debt that I stopped paying because they told me too and the balance ballooned up because of interest. Im also supposed to be done with payments but theyre still charging me every paycheck. They will show you numbers of how much of your debt has lowered - DO NOT believe those numbers. The additional interest, plus whatever theyre charging me, I ended up paying more. Their customer service is soooo bad that they all be gaslighting me and giving me empty empathy. I sent a message requesting for a manager and was informed its "escalated". No managers ever called me back. I asked for a payout amount and was given $2089.67 excluding the two accounts I wanted them to remove since Im done with these scammers. When he removed it, my payout amount changed to $2423.80!!! It jumped $400 , and when asked all theu said is its the system. How dare you take advantage of the people who are desperate enough to ask for your help! Theyre charging me as if $400 is a small amount to pay and no matter how I ask for a manager or any help, all I get is gaslighting, scripted empathy and nothing!
