Is shipping free or not…?
I’m incredibly frustrated that the shipping charge was added to my total even though I had more than enough in my cart initially. Every time I added an item, the amount needed for free shipping increased. It feels a bit fraudulent because I would have been charged for shipping if I spent $45 or $75. So, I decided to buy fewer items, which is disappointing because I really wanted more. However, the total for free shipping kept changing. What’s even crazier is that after adding items totaling greater than $49 and applying the coupon, it showed that I would get free shipping. But when I would go back to my cart, I was still being charged for shipping. I tried to use their chat, but of course they were closed. **Updated - 8/19/26** The company reached out to me directly and made the issue right. They’re also investigating the shipping glitch to ensure it doesn’t happen to anyone else. Because of that, it’s clear they truly stand behind their business, and I’ll definitely be shopping with them again.
