When we first started using this started out great
When we first started using this, it was great. We were excited about the next box and the options. Now the recipes are starting to get a little repetitive, but it could be worse. The food quality is fine. Why I’m rating 2 stars is the amount of issues, missing ingredients or substitutions that aren’t good, boxes arriving early or late, and more recently we received a box that was supposed to have 5 meals. We didn’t receive a single complete meal. The box arrived a day late, and when trying to chat into customer service, I’m told there aren’t any chat representatives available, contrary to the multiple standard emails I’ve received. So it sends an email, when you ask the ai chat bot how long the expected response time for an email is, it errors out. If they can get their supply issues squared away, and actually give customers the support experience they state they have, then this rating would be higher.
