Predatory and deceptive practices. BEWARE! i purchased a 3 month trial, but was quickly met with a glitchy system that was not conducive to my style of learning. I made sure to set alarms on my phone to cancel a week or so prior to the renewal, however when i went into the Apple app library it showed it listed as A “free app” i have exclusively managed all of my apps through the app store, and never experienced this form of deceptive practice. Upon further research I have found that many other users have had similarly issues and were left empty handed after being charged. i’m not sure why Apple or Google would allow this type of scam on their platforms Also, just because something is advertised on social media does not mean it’s legitimate. do your research and find an AI language app with transparent billing practices.
