Very disappointing experience
Very disappointing experience. One of the dresses I ordered arrived with dark spots on the fabric and long loose threads near the zipper. I sent several photos, but my case stayed under review for weeks. The dress was around CAD $150, and even for a defective item I would have to pay to ship it back from Canada to the U.S. In the end, they suggested I wash the brand-new dress because the spots might be mold. For this price, I expected much better quality and customer service. I won’t order from Simple Retro again.
