My experience started off great
My experience started off great, but drastically took a left turn after I received my first dose of Wegovy. Hard to get straight answers from the chat and hard to get a response in 24 hours or less. They tell me to get labs done then a representative tells me i dont need them, and doesn't follow up with further questions that i asked. It kinda feels like, once they get your $ they've accomplished their mission. They don't do a thorough background check of medical records. I know, because I am a retired military vet and they don't have access to my records. Typical large corporation thats out for the money instead of actually helping the customer.
