Amazing product!
I was fascinated by this wrist alarm when I received it. The design looked great and it was easy to set the time, date, and alarm on it. Also the sleep mask was alright. There were tiny bits of exposure to light but didn't bother me much at all. The Onyx Alarm fits comfortably when I sleep. On the first day I wasn't starting to feel it but after a next day or two I was starting to get used to it. It felt good getting a vibration for waking up and I didn't feel cranky afterwards unlike my alarm clock from my phone. Overall this is an exceptional product Although the package didn't come with the charger which was disappointing at first but then talked with support and Felix came in and helped me with this problem. Just had to send photos of package that there was no charger and soon will get my charger. It was all quick and easy.
