Unbelievably slow support
I bought about $ 100 in WeChat gift cards. However, the voucher link never works for me. I tried several methods, including switching browsers and devices and clearing cookies, and confirmed the issue is on the voucher's server side, not mine. The support is horrible. Although they claim their services are 24/7, I still haven't received a reply even after claiming a reply soon from Trust pilot that were 11 hours ago and 2 days as a whole since I sent out my tickets. Horrible respond time, and my issue were not sorted out, either give out a working link or refund
