I recently had to contact Oura Ring customer support regarding an issue with my ring, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service I received. I first spoke with Eddie and then with Jackie, and both were incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely caring. They made me feel listened to, kept me informed, and resolved my issue with professionalism and compassion. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. Honestly, they went above and beyond my expectations. I was a little apprehensive about reaching out, since I assumed it would take ages to reach an agent, but I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly I got connected. It was so smooth and reassuring. Before purchasing my Oura Ring, I had heard that their support was excellent, and that gave me confidence in choosing it. I can honestly say that reputation is well-deserved. The ring is a premium product, yes, but the outstanding service adds so much value. I’m delighted to be part of the Oura community and would highly recommend Oura Ring to anyone considering a smart ring. When the time comes, I’ll happily upgrade to a newer model because both the product and the people behind it have exceeded my expectations.
