I’m very disappointed with my experience on Trip.com. While searching for flights, the price shown was reasonable, but when I tried to book, it suddenly said the flight was sold out. After searching again, the price had increased significantly. It feels frustrating and misleading when prices change so quickly during the booking process. I understand that flight prices can change, but repeatedly showing a lower price and then saying it is sold out before offering a much higher price makes the booking experience very unpleasant. I hope Trip.com can improve its price transparency and make the booking process more reliable.
