Amazing Customer Service
My Ring 4 stopped working properly. I went online and attempted the troubleshooting but nothing fixed it. I selected an email follow up and wasn't really sure what to expect. Honestly, I was a little suspicious of why my Ring 4 suddenly stopped working right after the release of the Ring 5. I was pleasantly surprised when the email I received was an update that my replacement ring was on the way. Oura really stands behind their product and supports customers in an easy way. Their customer service is amazing and helpful. Within a few days, I had my new Ring 4 delivered and was able to set it up.
