This is a very predatory company
This is a very predatory company. Beware. They will nickel and dime everything and their "fees" cost me over $70, 000 on a $430,000 home. They have a blanket statement in their contract that states they can use how much ever they want to cover costs. They took over $10,000 and didn't tell me where that money went or what it was used for. When I was finally able to speak to someone, she was extremely snarky and unhelpful. My question was never answered about where that $10,000 went. Please be careful and look over your contract very carefully before signing. Have an attorney look over your documents. This is a very shady company and they will STEAL your money.
