had a great experience. I had a size call with Brad and we got the right size. Bike came really quickly. the quality was a match for many top brands, but at a lower cost. packaging was great and after sales service was amazing. honestly, I recommend these guys to all my riding buddies now. I’ve purchased from Giant for 10 years. not any more.
