Do not use this app for your travels. Zero accountability for service failures. Spoilt aircon at my booked accommodation, and the owner said they can't do anything to resolve it. Summer season and it was not possible to sleep at night, so I had to check out early to avoid suffocating in a sauna. Sought help from Traveloka to process refund for the accomodation, be it full or partial. Was told their partnership policy with their accommodation partners can't ensure accountability for such issues. They are basically at the mercy of their partners instead of in control. Their partnership legal terms are not able to protect their customers from failed services. Traveloka will simply say they can't enforce any service recovery from their partners. You will just have to accept that you paid for a poor experience.
