Fender went WAY above and beyond!
I’m absolutely amazed by Fender’s incredible customer support, especially the excellent attention I received from Carina C. (Supervisor, Player Experience). I had an issue with my brand-new Rumble 100 bass amp, which stopped working during its very first use. Fender went above and beyond to resolve the problem. They coordinated with a local dealer in Mexico, sent me a brand-new replacement amplifier, and even allowed me to keep the defective one. The fact that they were able to handle everything so smoothly even though I’m located in Mexico is truly impressive. I already own several Fender products, but after this experience, I’m completely sold on the brand. Fender has definitely earned a customer for life!
