I was not quoted a price over the phone, and the technician did not give me a price before beginning the work. ** The technician simply unlocked my car door. **Only AFTER the job was completed was, I told the charge was $205. Had I been told beforehand that opening my car door would cost $205, I would not have agreed to the service and would have called another company. My biggest issue isn't simply the amount—it is that I believe the **total price should have been clearly disclosed before the work was performed**, giving me the opportunity to accept or decline it.
