Exceptional Service from Rachel
Rachel at Colonial Surety was extremely helpful and a pleasure to work with. This was my first time going through the process of obtaining a guardianship bond, and she took the time to walk me through everything from start to finish. She sent me the application, clearly explained how to complete it, and when I had a follow-up question, she responded immediately. Within minutes, I had a quote and a Letter of Bondability. Rachel made what was an unfamiliar process very easy and straightforward. I truly appreciated her responsiveness, professionalism, and excellent customer service.
