I placed an order on 19th August-2026 for Same day Rakhi Delivery at Panchkula. My order# is 19365858. I specifically chose only those Rakhis which were stated for either Same day or 90 minutes delivery. It was stated on IGP website that these items will be delivered between 10am-1pm. Paid extra for priority delivery. Its 4pm now but my order has not been delivered yet. Neither there is an update from igp. No help from IGP customer service. Customer service chat is just an AI generated chat which does not give a correct update. very bad service from igp. I will definitely not recommend igp to anyone else. Please dont trust igp for timely delivery. they are cheaters.
