When I called i needed the room right then. I said I was minutes away. When I get to the hotel it was booked for the next night instead. I called your company bc the hotel said that they couldn't reimburse me my money bc I booked it through you. I spoke with an understanding agent that called the hotel trying to get my money back. We went ahead and paid cash for a room at the same hotel bc we were exhausted. The guy at the hotel said he wasnt authorized to give the ok to reimburse me. So we were told to call back at 9am. The same thing happened again and we were told to call back at noon. Called and the hotel said the manager wasnt taking calls at this time. So this hotel which was Quality Inn in Kingdom City Missouri refused to give us our money back. It would have been different if we had gotten the refund and not book with them but we did
