Excellent experience for first time user
I used Zinstall to move apps and settings from a Windows 10 laptop to a new Windows 11 laptop via a WiFi connection. This laptop belonged to my 80 year old in-laws therefore it didn't have whole lot of apps to move but they all moved flawlessly including the email app settings. It took between 2-3 hours to get the job done and it got everything transferred in one sitting. I didn't have to make any return trips to finish the job. If I had attempted to install everything manually myself, I'm certain it would have taken multiple days to accomplish the same task. (Determining or reestablishing user-ids & passwords for all of the apps is extremely time consuming) I was pleasantly surprised that the Zinstall Product Support team reached out to me several weeks after using the product just to verify that I had a good experience. I am extremely happy with the results and feel that this was well worth the cost.
