I was beyond disappointed as two of my 4 Rakhi orders were not delivered. I have been trying to contact the customer service but get the bot every time who cannot find my order number. I sent two emails to IGP support but no response in 48 hours. I give them zero stars . Their service and delivery has gone downhill.
