I wanted to love this tool
I wanted to love this tool, but the user experience is very frustrating. The platform is not clear at all. I had a hard time understanding how the whole process works. It is very difficult to figure out:How the steps flow from start to finishHow the credit system worksHow the editing tools functionI spent way too much time trying to figure out the site. Because the rules and interface are so confusing, I ended up wasting my credits on edits that did not work out. The company needs to make the platform much more simple and clear for new users.
