Go Somewhere Else. Not worth the headaches.
I should have looked at reviews before I bought 80 units. Ive had several units down for months and just keep getting the runaround from them all while they charge me monthly fees for each one...send pictures they say, send videos they say, now send more pictures, etc. I've wasted so much time trying to get these fixed. Takes about a week to get a reply...this time it's been 10 days and still nothing. Ive spent $24,000 on readers in the last 6 months and can't even get 3 of them replaced while sales people call me wanting me to buy more. Lol. Such a great product with such shitty support. It's a shame they got clowns running the show.
