Stands behind their products
I greatly appreciate a brand that stands behind their products with few questions asked. That is what I expect from a premium product. Thank you! We look forward to enjoying our pans for years to come. We had issues with our pans sticking and they quickly offered to replace and sent instructions on how to avoid the problem in the future.
