I don’t know if I would be where I am today in my health journey if it wasn’t for me coming across Bridgette (simplybridget) and Amble. The access to a product that as a t2d where insurance disnt cover , Amble gave me a start to a healthier life. Along the way , the pounds have come off and health is amazing. I’m super grateful for Bridget and her kind and genuine support. I’m off 9 mediations and my t2d is undetectable a year later.
