Order no : CAMY260800174 I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding my purchase of an iPhone 17 Pro 256GB in White Titanium, which I placed through CompAsia on 6 August 2026. As of today, 20 August 2026, my order is still showing as “Pending”, and I have not received any meaningful update regarding the status of my order or its expected delivery date. What is particularly disappointing is that the White Titanium option was still available for selection on your website, despite your customer service team informing me that the White Titanium model is currently out of stock. This creates a serious concern regarding the accuracy of your website’s inventory information and has resulted in me placing an order based on information that appears to have been misleading. I understand that stock availability can change, but customers should be provided with accurate and timely information, especially after payment has been made and an order has been confirmed.
